CITE In-house Training Programs

Now your company can obtain customized cost effective tax education training programs in-house for 10 or more people from a leading provider of US international tax and accounting programs in the United States.

Here's why in-house tax training from CITE  makes good sense for your company:

Major Benefits

The major benefit to in-house training is the cost savings in time and money for you and the members of your tax department. With in-house courses you save on registration fees, as well as travel, hotel, meals and other expenses incurred for programs held outside the office.

In-house training can reduce your company's cost of obtaining CPE/CLE credits for members of your Tax or Accounting Department. This savings results in lower tax and accounting training costs.

Our experienced course developers can structure a one-day, two-day or three-day course, so you can minimize the time away from the office and therefore increase productivity of your tax executives who have other responsibilities to fulfill. Time away from home is minimized, a benefit which is more and more appreciated by employers and employees.

Only CITE offers Customized, High-Quality Professional tax and accounting courses designed for the needs of your company. We customize a program from among any of our most popular tax programs, with the most current topics.  CITE primarily selects speakers from its list of STARs (Speakers with Top Attendee Ratings). Each attendee receives a personal course book with outlines for all the topics covered at your in-house program.

CITE is innovative and can design programs for a basic, intermediate or advanced level group of attendees. Program choices include: International Tax Planning , Tax Accounting and Corporate Governance, Transfer Pricing, International Tax Reporting and Compliance and others. For other possible programs, consult our website or e-mail our in-house program coordinators at CITE: Bill Green or Diane Pastore (info@citeusa.org).

Flexibility, confidentiality and security. You can schedule a program so that it makes sense for your company time-wise, i.e. during periods when you are not under pressure to complete other time-sensitive projects, tax returns, etc. Only those people chosen by your company will be at the program. Confidential tax issues can be discussed in a secure environment.

CPE/CLE Credits. All CITE programs are designed to satisfy the continuing education (CE) requirements for CPAs (CPEs) and attorneys (CLEs) in each state with CE requirements. CITE is a non-profit organization under Sec. 501(c)(3) and an approved sponsor of CPE and CLE courses. We will handle the administrative work in obtaining the required credits for your employees.

In-House Training is an excellent way to motivate, reward and develop the talent, skills and knowledge of your employees and staff. Participating in an in-house program increases loyalty, enthusiasm and raises skill levels of participants.

How it Works

You choose a program or series of programs geared to your needs. Tell us your time constraints and number of attendees, and CITE will design a program to meet your needs. Our minimum in-house program size is ten (10) to fifteen (15) people.  For smaller groups,  we can arrange a program with your company and invite another 5-10 people from other companies in the area to meet our minimum.  An in-house program can be offered inside your own office or at a nearby conference center or hotel. Be advised that the use of outside venues, such as hotels, can be more costly.

What it Costs

Our charges are based on a minimum guarantee of 10 persons, or about $6,000 for a one-day program given within your premises. Programs given in an outside venue will cost more. Rates per person vary based on the size of the group and the number of program days. Savings over costs for a normal two-day program should average 25-50%, or even greater when taking travel, meals and hotel accommodation into account.
